snap down into 3-point Stance
on Extra point and Field Goal
To get the defense to jump offsides or to slow down their rush, you should have the GUARDS, TACKLES and TIGHT ENDS start in a 2-point stance then on a "SET" command snap down quickly to a 3-point stance.

With the defensive rushers poised to rush hard, they hear the strong and loud "SET" command and see the G's, T's and TE's snap down and
they jump offsides EVERY time.
​
Even when they know it is going to happen, they still jump offsides.
Once they jump offsides once, the coaches yell at them to sit still.
Now you have eliminated a hard rush on your kicker and protection.
